Calculation of the perturbation wall carbon nanotube influence on slow atomic particles channeling

The movement of Ag + ions with an energy of 100 eV and the angles of incidence in the CNT 10 to 30 ° in carbon nanotubes (10.10), (17.0) and (11.9) 14.6 nm in length with initial temperature 0.1 K and 300 K was produced by modeling . The ions emitted from the axis of the nanotube. Scanning of the initial azimuthal angle and the axis of the nanotube . We keep track of ion collision with the wall CNTs. The mutual influence of particles and the perturbance of the elastic wall CNT is in 1.5-3 times decrease the particle energy loss, compared with the motion of the ion in the unperturbed nanotube  (Fig. 1).
