Percolation cell models of shape and phase formation in electrolytic small particles, which are obtained at the beginning of the electrical crystallization process, were defined more precisely by the authors. The new percolation models, used space coherence, were elaborated on the base of plane square lattice and cubic capacity lattice. The dependences of casual filling probabilities from percolation probability have been obtained for two types of lattices and for three coherence cases in one, two and three directions.
