In this paper constructed simulation model of a developing economy on the example of the Republic of Tajikistan. As the simulation model is taken three-sector balance model of the economy, based on a computable general equilibrium model taking into account the illegal trade. Dynamics of material and financial balances is expressed through changes in inventories of products, factors of production and money.
