In the paper we have analyzed space networks of transport communications between cities of the Russian Federation. We have studied topologic peculiarities of these networks related to their space embedding. We have deter-mined the measure of complexity and structural interrelations of transport communication networks applying nonextensive statistics of complex systems. We have constructed a generalized network of transport communications where, in the frameworks of the SIR model, we have studied processes of epidemic spreading.
