This article focuses on algorithms for solving non-stable boundary problems for evolution of regional economic implemented in instrumental system supporting mathematical modeling of economy ECOMOD. These algorithms are designed to find solutions of boundary problems that emerge from intertemporal equilibrium models and at the same time to identify their boundary conditions.
