In the course of life cycle system passes three stages of crises. This aspect is shown in the article. Conditions under which crisis encourages the development of the system are enunciated. In this context the evaluation of social-economic relations in our country is given. One of the aspects of interconnection of economic and social phenomena is described here. Nonlinearity of time passage while approaching the system to blow Up processes is expected. Principle of system activity in blow Up processes is determined.
