There are considered the questions of modelling of cyclic and historical dynamics of purposeful territorial systems on the basis of methods and means of the system analysis and modern information technologies. It is supposed, that considered territorial systems possess the developed mechanisms of market regulation and the government, but are far from a condition of dynamic balance.
