The article contains the comparison results of analytical solution for a model wave propagation problem in a linear-elastic solid with numerical solutions, obtained using finite-difference schemes and either regular grid or unstructured mesh. The precision of numerical solution in respect to different criteria and the time of problem’s computation are given for each scheme.
