On the upper bound of the mode number of gaussian mixture

The mixture of normal distributions with equal covariance matrixes and with various vectors of average values is considered. For k=2 it is formulated two sufficient conditions of such mixture unimodality, and for it is specified the upper bound of the mode number in the case, when at least one pair of its components gives one mode.
