Conceptual framework of computer science

The offered conceptual framework of Computer science is based on the following treatment of the category 'information': "Information is an understanding (sense, representation, interpretation), arising in the device of thinking of the person, after obtaining the data by it, interconnected with previous knowledge and concepts" [1, p. 85]. In definition two situation is basic. First, information is a product of cerebration of the subject. Secondly, thought process of the subject is possible only on the basis of previous volume 'knowledge and concepts', i.e. the thesaurus. In definition the border between Data (i.e. syntax), existing out of the subject is accurately designated; and Knowledge (i.e. semantics), growing out of cogitative activity of the subject.

In line with developed approach the following definition is offered: "The Computer science is the area of human activity connected with Data processing and Knowledge on the basis of the modern scientific and technical achievements (STA) and serving for their (STA) of further development". In definition two situation is basic. First, existence of positive feedback between Computer science s and STA. Secondly, the dual role of Computer science is emphasized. During the work with the Knowledge /Data/, the Computer science acts as metadiscipline /applied discipline/. Respectively at the description of the processes connected with the Knowledge /Data/, we will apply the term 'information' /'informaticheskiya'/.

Further in work definitions are given to the following information and informatichesky categories: processes, technologies, culture and society. Developed approach leads to new understanding of information process, and as a result, to a new configuration of its algorithm. At definition and the description of information technologies achievements in the field of the Intellectual Systems (IS) are considered. Stages of evolution of IS are compared with stages of evolution of the thesaurus of representatives of fauna: from an amoeba to homo sapiens. The modeling problem by means of IS of intuition of homo sapiens is analyzed. It is shown that so-called ‘information society’, actually, is ‘informatichesky society’, with inherent in it inevitable negative aspects.
