In modern circumstances, the historical mission of higher professional education, understood as a process of reproduction of social intellectual experience, is determined by the national purposes of transition of Russia to high-technological competitive market economy. The main task of the higher education becomes the training of specialists capable of innovative work on the basis of aquired fundamental knowledge and independent and responsible decision-making at different production stages. Under the circumstances of impending globalization of information space the information pressure on a person greatly increases. Oversaturation of the information flow leads to disorientation: little attention is paid to the material which can be mistakenly perceived by a student as non-essential. This results in the decrease in the speed of aquiring new knowledge which is cased by insufficient understanding of previous material.

The education process is always based on structured presentation of information. In the context of realization in practice of the fundamentals of system-structured didactics we propose to use the approach of selecting rational concept for presentation of teaching material by applying the method of inverse presentation of teaching material. This method will allow student to realize the relevancy of some important information which otherwise could be mistakenly perceived as nonessential.

Besides, the development of Internet and information technologies dramatically changed the processes of communications and interaction of a person with society. Using Internet-technologies allows nonstandard and intuitive presentation of teaching material for individual education. At the same time, there are two main ways to substantially extend the possibilities of communication with students. First, unlike seminar studies the proposed approach has no time limits. Second, this method meets the natural needs of modern generation of students to combine the sources of knowledge with information technologies.

Together with successful application of traditional ways of organizing the studies, introduction of novel concepts of presentation of teaching material assists its more perfect understanding.
