At the same time we have the growing amount of teenagers floating to other countries to get the higher education. As other countries Ukraine takes foreign students for study. Preparatory departments are initial component in the system of the instruction of foreign specialists in the Ukrainian higher educational institutions. The analysis of education systems is done. The principal problems of foreign student education are extracted, also dedicated to the credit system of education. There is a proposition to solve this problem. |
