PresentationsModeling the current-voltage characteristic in a long Josephson φ0 junctionJoint Institute for Nuclear Research, Russia, 141980, Dubna, Joliot-Curie str., 6 1Dubna State University, Russia, 141980, Dubna, Universitetskaya str. 19 2Cairo University, Egypt, 12613, Giza, Gamaa str. 1 A model of a long Josephson junction of the superconductor-ferromagnet-superconductor type with spin-orbit coupling in the ferromagnetic layer (long φ0 junction) is considered. The model is described by modified sine-Gordon and Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert equations [1] for unknown functions of voltage, Josephson phase difference, and spatial components of magnetization. The system of differential equations with the corresponding initial conditions obtained after finite-difference approximation along the junction length is solved using the implicit Gauss-Legendre method [2]. The calculation of the physical characteristics takes a significant amount of time, which provided the basis for the development of a parallel algorithm using MPI technology. The results of calculating the current-voltage characteristics of a long φ0 junction depending on the spin-orbit coupling parameter and the ratio of the Josephson energy to the magnetic anisotropy energy, and the results of performance testing of the parallel version of the program, are presented. The study was carried out with the financial support of the Russian Science Foundation within the framework of scientific project No. 22-71-10022.
