A model of gel and liquid-crystalline lipid bilayer in water has been constructed. The model of liquid-crystalline bilayer reproduces correctly lipid molecules mobility and packing. The model also presents proper bilayer geometry in equilibrium state. The model of gel phase reproduces real bilayer lipid packing and geometry in gel phase. New methods of lipid molecules mobility estimation in Molecular Dynamic studies are also presented.
