In social and political context of the development of Russia to be able to use competences is becoming necessary and integral part of private, professional life of a person, it's the demand of the state and of the society for the results of students' education. Federal State Educational Standards of the third generation offer to use the competence approach in the educational system including the system of teaching foreign languages. Teaching foreign languages with internet technologies application concerns new pedagogical technologies. Information and communicaton form of foreign language lessons conducting with the use of internet technologies is becoming the mean of interaction, virtual reality creation and an instrument of knowledge acquisition.
