In research variability influence of thermal regimes on lipid component of membranes has been considered. As of experimental object the model phospholipid membranes were chosen. Individual synthetic phospholipid - the dimitristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) was used when hydration of subtle phospholipid films at phosphate buffer above phase-transition temperature built the multilammelar liposomes, composed of score of bilayer liposomes, the interleaved [1]. If heated in acquisition interval by the method differential the scanning microcalorimetry (differential scanning calorimetry) with standard performances occur two the phase junctions: from gel-phase to ripple-phase and further in phase liquid crystal. The examining of influencing of biologically active substances (BAS) on membranes - the first target in the body show that varies, the relative heat capacity, the temperature, when the peak of basic phase junction of phospholipid from ripple-phase in phase liquid crystal, the cooperativity which is proved to be. All processes of functional activities of proteins becomes slow integrated into and associated. At membranes, being is able to of gel-phase. Is able to of ripple-phase shortly living of nanopores arise at membranes Liquid-solid state of phospholipids provides the normal the activity of all proteins, membrane-associated. Such the study on the effect BAS on parameters of phase transitions are of importance in term of understanding of BAS influences on the temperature-dependent processes in animal organism. Temperature changes occur when hibernation or usual sleeping, as in general organism, and on membranes [2]. Clearly that the temperature changes with different speeds occur at body, that were simulated by means of differential scanning calorimetric melting with different heating speed of experimental cells. In addition, repetitive many times occur at the body and the increasing processes and decrease of temperature. By means of so-called of reheating also has imitated these events.
