The digital economy of Russia: its problems and risks

The key aspects of the product of the fourth industrial revolution, the digital economy in Russia, are discussed. The double-side effect of digitalization on the real sector of the economy, the welfare of the population, labor and capital markets is shown. The risks of introducing new digital technologies and artificial intelligence into economic processes are analyzed. The factors inhibiting the development of the digital economy, as well as possible ways to neutralize them, are discussed.
