Conference publicationsSome actual problems of socio-economic, scientific and technological developmentдоктор экономических наук, кандидат технических наук Москва, Центральный экономико- математический институт РАН varshav@cemi.rssi.ru The paper considers some of the most important problems of socio-economic, scientific and technological development of the country, the solution of which is necessary to accelerate the processes of import substitution and ensure technological sovereignty. The features of the current crisis, new factors of increasing instability are briefly analyzed. Such problems of Russia as deindustrialization, significant reduction, destruction of the manufacturing, excessive income inequality, the need to improve the quality of government administration are highlighted. These problems do not exhaust the whole range of urgent tasks, however, it seems that their solution will contribute to the successful implementation of technological programs, poverty reduction, consumer demand growth, as well as the implementation of planned projects, increase interest in labor and innovation, reduce the likelihood of problematic innovations in management. |
