The problem of an estimation of risk of application of new biomedical technologies and problem of training of the students of medical departments to algorithms of an ethical estimation are presented. The algorithms of an estimation of risk for some, based on physical methods, medical technologies and educational model of examination of biomedical researches is offered. The description of a technique and pedagogical experiment on training the medical students to the system analysis of bioethical problems of application of new methods of treatment is given. The opportunity of formation of elements of medical thinking in the process of analysis of educational bioethical tasks is considered.
