Usually first years students of physical specialty, within the framework of their curriculum, carry out the student thesis, which is the short independent work and shows the programming skills which are obtained in academic year. Often teachers come upon situation when students cannot produce independent research by themselves. In this case students experience a difficulty with thesis implementation. In current work we present training proce-dure for implementation of student thesis for second-year students.
