It is discussed the phenomenological sinergy model of the teaching, including some stages: the arising of the microproblems, the realizing of them. the spontaneous accumulation of the microproblems. the forming of the macroproblems, the arising of "code", the forming of the abilities and habits of the selection of the necessary conditional information. It is analyzed all stages and the causes of the destruction of the primary conditional information and the formation of the new conditional information, the role of "'the code". It is offered the model scheme. It is drown following conclusion: the teacher ought to govern of the teaching process, using the diagnosis - coorection programs.
