Conference publicationsOn the parameters of the dynamical models of DNAPushchino Mathematical models of the DNA dynamics contain parameters characterizing the internal motions and interactions. The most important of them are mass, the moments of inertia, distances between structural elements, coefficients of the rigidity. The choice of the parameters and the relations between them are very important because they determine the type of the solutions of corresponding dynamical equations. In this article we consider the problem of the choice of the parameters and obtain an optimal set of them. |
