In the conditions of chronical toxicants’ effect on the organisms of silver crucial, lake frog, laboratory rat in earlier post – natal ontogenesis the protective function of Blood – Brain and Blood – Tissue Barriers of liver, intestine, muscles have been studied including possible protective effect of studied phitosteroid Epibrassinolid on vertebrates of different classes. The results of the research have shown the protective action of phitohormone (“Epin” preparation), which produced a stabilizing effect on Barriers’ permeability of organs and tissues in case of long-term toxic influences on cold – blooded and warm – blooded animals in earlier post-natal ontogenesis.
