The actual problem of determining the role of the electrical properties of erythrocytes in the causes of certain types of difficult to diagnose diseases with unclear viral etiology is considered on the basis of experimental studies of blood samples of sick children with hematuria syndrome and patients with cervical cancer using scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and IR spectroscopy.

This paper presents a physico-mathematical model for determining the surface charge of an erythrocyte, its near-surface electric field taking into account the blood group using the ABO system in the normal and pathology.

In solving the model, in numerical calculations to determine the electrical properties of erythrocytes experimental data of the linear dimensions of erythrocytes and nanoparticles, which were found on the surface of erythrocytes, were used with taking into account the shape of red cells and of data of the speed of erythrocytes in an external electric field depending on the blood group [1], based on the assumption authors that nanoparticles on the surface of erythrocytes are viruses. In the course of numerical calculations, the surface charge of erythrocytes, the near-surface electric field, and the electrical charges of nanoparticles, presumably viruses, were determined.

In the course of numerical calculations, the surface charge of erythrocytes, near-surface electric field, electric charges of nanoparticles, presumably viruses were determined, possible variants of the relationship between the degree of red blood cell dysmorphy and the presence of nanoparticles on their surface, observed in experimental studies, were presented.

The data obtained as a result of solving the presented model can be presented as indirect evidence of the etiology of some types of nephropathy with hematuria syndrome and become the basis for explaining the causes of the phenomenon of cervical cancer recurrence after the treatment.
