Information technologies in society

Information technologies are important attribute practically all spheres of human life. They are used on production, in the course of service to the population, in educational process, in a life. ICT put a basis, the base of a new social and economic formation – information society.

For implementation of the state project of creation of a regional innovative zone, it is necessary to create, first of all, science and technology park of small and average innovations, basis of the electronic equipment and the software. Experience of the known American company "Hamilton" is made use for implementation of this project. Only in Azerbaijan everything for some years in case of IKT market extension the turn reached 160 billion US dollars. The profit on functioning of regional innovative zones will pay off by 2015-2018. Since 2015 maintenance of schedulable projects can repeatedly cover profit on an oil sector

The state shall possess qualitative scientific and educational system to become the leader in the field of IKT. Process of formation of information space is accompanied by creation of conditions for application of scientific knowledge in innovative projects, productivity increase, lowering of expenses and increase in salaries. It leads to gain of legal, political and social security of the person. At the same time clueful society creates new type of economy – high-productive, based on knowledge and information. Training of specialists, gain of attention of society to increase of a role of workers of brainwork – long-time and continuous process.

In the modern conditions of market economy it is possible to reach full and productive employment of able-bodied population only by means of improving of quality of education. For this purpose increase of the general development of citizens of the republic, their intellectual potential, a professionalism and education level is necessary.

The Aztelekom production association of the Ministry of Communications and information technologies of Azerbaijan implemented electronic document management system. The project provides transfer of paper office-work of the operator to an electronic format. The system allows preparing and spreading quickly documents to target an address that reduces level of use of papers. For the staff of the enterprise trainings on operation with electronic document management system and to use of the electronic sign-code signature which is applied today at intra corporate level were organized.
