Identification of the mathematical model of antibiotic treatment for the infected organism

We consider a mathematic model of antibiotic treatment for the bacteria infected organism. This phenomenon is described by the system of nonlinear differential equations. The identification problem is finding coefficients of the equations with using results of the experiments. This inverse problem is solved by Nelder – Mead method.
