Now the main habitats of saigas in Russia are characterized with poor forage quality of a vegetable cover, and even the large general supply of vegetable weight doesn't provide good nutrition of animals, there is a speech about the low forage capacity of available pastures and about lack of conditions for growth of livestock number [1]. In a modern food of saigas low-nutritious one-submultiple plants (cereals, a sedge) [2] prevail. Two-submultiple plants are more preferred by saigas and hold the subordinated position. In article [1] the assumption becomes that such situation has developed under the influence of the termination of cattle pasture and annual steppe fires growth; also the hypothesis that the low-nutritious vegetable cover is more pernicious for saigas, than poaching and severe climatic conditions is made.

In the real work the imitating model describing the dynamics of saiga isolated population is suggested. The model consists of nonautonomous nonlinear system of three ordinary equations. The main variables of system are a low-nutritious forage, a high-quality forage, number of saiga individuals. The system is solved numerically by means of Euler's explicit method. It is possible to reproduce the oscillatory modes of the animal number closely comparing to observed one in the nature. When modeling natural data published in [3] on mortality of saigas on months and about a percentage ratio between high-calorific and low-calorie forage were used.
