Feature and no-velty of this course is that it is read for students of a humanitarian specialty, who have foggy representation about the physics, received in school lessons. It is impossible to simplify a course up to a level of understanding of students because the training course of physics should teach the following culture the competences- ОК-14, ОК-16, ОК-17, ОК-19 and professional the competences - PK- 16, PK - 22, PK - 25, PK - 28, PK- 34, on the direction of preparation 051000. It is specified, that it is impossible to reduce hours for fundamental preparation of students in auditoriums, now it is not enough. The university should to give the students base fundamental education, knowledge of the basis laws of principles and methods of their appli-cation. Is not time to study numerous concrete applications on workplaces. The bachelor will study it, on workplaces for businessman, at his expense. Is inadmissible, to replace hours in auditoriums, with hours of homework of the student, without the teacher. The contents of the course and technology of reading of lecture, performance of labor-atory works, tasks for homework of students, the individual help and the control of perfor-mance of tasks is given. Computer information technologies are applied on all employment in auditoriums. New technology is formation of an electronic database of the educational-methodical materials. The database contains the detailed working program, the full text of lec-tures, the list of the literature and the Internet of materials, the description of all laboratory works, more than 20 tasks and more than 30 questions on a semester, the list of questions to examination, the plan of homework, methodical indications to the student and the help data on physics. The database is accessible to students to copying in auditoriums and on the Internet. Studies are conducted in the equipped physical laboratories and in the computer class having a set of programs of digital educational resources. As the lacks and problems for ordinary universities of Russia are marked - weak fi-nancing of universities, low salaries of teachers, low necessity in the bachelors for our econ-omy, a bad financial position of the students, compelled to work and absence in auditoriums, reduction of hours on fundamental preparation in auditoriums and the constant reorganization of the education system preventing the stable organization of educational process at schools and universities.
