Introduction of system of e-learning on the school server

To date, a system of remote education in great demand worldwide. In a project on the school server was deployed remote control system training. Was chosen as the learning management system ready - Moodle. This system meets many international standards and recommended by many experts in this field. Also, it has proved itself in the global consumer market. Below are some specifications of the system.

The system is written in PHP using databases MySQL. This system of modular design, the possibility of Moodle can be easily extended. The system was installed on the school server, which has underwritten the configuration:

Operating System - Windows Server 2008;

Processor - Intel Xenon (CPU frequency - 1.6 GHz Cores - 8);

RAM - 2 GB.

Stages of work:

The most important stage of the project, its foundation, was to develop. In the course of the project, as mentioned above, we used web-programming language PHP. The choice of instruments for managing databases, fell in favor of MySQL. After selecting the software part of the system was installed on the school server, where it continues to function.

The next stage of our project will be testing and fixing errors during operation. System testing is conducted in different browsers to fix the properties of cross-browser system. Cross-browser compatibility - the property of the site and appear to work in all popular browsers are identical. In addition, testing will be performed all possible actions of the system. The most important step is to load testing. Necessary to achieve the performance and response for each request.

The final stage is implementation. All members (faculty, students) are registered in the system, get the appropriate access rights to the services system.
