Mathematical modeling of dynamics of process and calculation of transfer functions

The growing requirement for isomers of a xylol applied as initial connections fuel components stimulates in manufacture of search of new kinds of raw materials and working out of effective methods of their processing. The most intensive development was found by researches on working out of methods of reception of isomers of a xylol one-reactor oxidizing дегидроалкилированием (ODES) метилциклогексана (MTG) a methanol.

At hardware registration of process taking into account technological restrictions, there is a problem of dynamic stability of process, automated management and regulation (the management information system and) regime parameters which can be solved on the basis of mathematical model of dynamics of process.

The purpose of the present work is working out of mathematical model of dynamics of process of ODES MTG and calculation of transfer functions (ПФ) on all dynamic channels, allowing to synthesize the management information system and regulations in regime parameters at a design stage. It was thus supposed that process is spent in the adiabatic reactor in a mode of ideal replacement on heat and weight with constant speed. Mixture of streams, массопередачей, by pressure drop and change of density of a mix on a catalyst layer it is neglected. In the report the dynamic model of process after p – transformations on Laplasu, concerning astronomical time t for key components is presented. The joint decision of system of the differential equations a method of Runge-Kutta, has allowed to define transfer functions on all dynamic channels:

Where - there are small deviations key a component and temperatures from the established condition on an exit m and on an input n the reactor. At construction TF on dynamic channels of key participants of reaction the system of the nonlinear differential equations with variable factors dared at various values laplasian - with step splitting. Received TF on all dynamic channels allow to investigate at a design stage dynamic laws of processes to the CODE, to synthesize system of stabilization of regime parameters and to choose regulator type.
