3D two-phase reduction cell model

3D reduction cell mathematical model is introduced in this work. The model is based on two-phase heterogeneous approach for mixture of two viscous fluids. Navier-Stokes system of equations is used to model fluid’s behavior. Described model allows dealing with real three-dimensional geometry – including bath skull, different anodes configuration. Comparison of results obtained from this model with ones obtained with averaged-layer model based on two immiscible fluids approach.
